PTFE and Nylon Products

PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) are considered as synthetic fluoropolymers. Teflon material has high melting temperature, self lubrication properties and great chemical resistance. PTFE sheets are great provider of electrical  insulation and can be used as wire wrapping and electrical cord. in industries, these sheets are used in different products such as gaskets, rings and washers as well.

PTFE orings work in similar manner as any other material orings. Their main purpose is for sealing two mating surfaces. PTFE orings are mainly used around hoses, fluid carrying passages and pipes. Teflon orings gives you long lasting performance and their high dielectric strangth is helpful for electrical insulation and shielding.

PTFE bellow range is used to compensate for thermal expansion in pipelines. They are also used for protection of fragile process equipment including plastic, glass and graphite. PTFE bellows are also useful for vibration hazards. Such lines bellows are well known for corrosion, hot applications and high purity. The PTFE bellows are mechanical seals which as mounted outside with simple installation process and thus it becomes cost effective option for corrosive media sealing.
